Posting Jobs and Applying

Employers can post job listings for cleaners to apply to. Cleaners can browse these listings and apply to jobs that match their skills and preferences. Cleanam does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of job listings, nor does it endorse any employer or cleaner. It is your responsibility to verify the information provided in job listings and applications.

Communication

Cleanam provides a messaging system for employers and cleaners to communicate directly. You agree to use this system responsibly and not to send spam, unsolicited messages, or offensive content. Cleanam may monitor communications for compliance with these Terms and Conditions but is not obligated to do so.

User Conduct

You agree not to use Cleanam to:

Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to, a Cleanam official, forum leader, guide, or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through Cleanam.
Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.
Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

Termination

Cleanam reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website, without notice, for conduct that Cleanam believes violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users of the website, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Intellectual Property

All content on Cleanam, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cleanam or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of the content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
